In the 1970’s the beginning of the best time of you life began when you became a licensed driver.

When I was in high school my biggest hobby was going for a drive. It didn’t matter where I were going so long as I was going. Because I was drive'n man!

I didn’t care if I were driving a classic Tri-Five Chevy or a Pinto. My ride could even have been my parents’ station wagon!! It wasn’t about the car or the destination, it was the freedom of an open road with good music blasting from the speakers.

Independence. Freedom!

For all of us with 10, 20, 30 years behind the wheel, those teenage memories play like movies in our minds. Movies with soundtracks. The ones we compiled with our favorite songs we played too loudly with our windows down. Songs that make our heads involuntarily nod up and down. Songs that make our hands involuntarily drum the steering wheel and dashboard. Songs that make our feet involuntarily press down the gas pedal just a little bit harder.
